BRACE Privacy Policy
Who we are?
BRACE is a community-based non-profit organization.
In the spirit of unity, collaboration, and the collective pursuit of a better community, we, the residents of Bahria Town, DHA, Zaraj, Gulberg Green, Naval Anchorage, Media Town, Doctors Town, and Gulraiz in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, gather to establish “BRACE“. We recognize that our strength lies in our togetherness and our ability to advocate for our shared interests.
Our website address is https://brace.pk , and below are our Social Media Platforms.
Who we share your data with:
If members request a password reset, your IP address will be automatically included in the reset email. We take extreme caution in all our communications with members, site visitors, and guests, and fully respect your privacy & confidentiality, and take full responsibility for protecting your personal information/data (in the form of WhatsApp, Email, Website Contact page, Reviews or Comments section). BRACE Team never discloses or exchanges members’ personal information or data with a third party under any circumstances.
Where we send your data:
Members’ comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Your personal data will be used to assess the validity, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in this policy.
What rights do you have over your data:
Only members, who have an account on this site or have left comments, can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Members’ Comments:
When members leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the members’ IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Your data is not shared with any third party in any form. Such personal data is only used to support your experience throughout this website
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

How long do we retain your data:
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
