This platform collects membership details and case information for administrative review and community representation. Only authorized personnel should access protected records. Uploaded evidence is private by default. BRACE administrators must finalize a jurisdiction-appropriate privacy notice, retention policy and consent handling before a public launch.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Financial entries are not automatically verified, and ownership claims require separate verification.
